Alternative Academic Calendar


In this period of Covid-19, which is declared as a global pandemic, our teachers, parents, and students have to remain at homes to prevent its spread in the community. In this situation, it is our responsibility to provide them with multiple alternative ways of learning at home through interesting activities. It is necessary because in the present environment of stress we have to not only keep our children busy but also to maintain continuity of their learning in their new classes. In this context, NCERT has developed an Alternative Academic Calendar for all the stages of school education.

CLASSIFICATION NUMBERS OF DDC – A CLASSIFICATION SCHEME FOR CATEGORISATION   Our Library follows  ‘Dewey Decimal Classification’. The arrangement of books is as follows. ACP FOR CLASS VII, VIII & IX

                                                                              ACP The ACP is a three-year graded program, which can be implemented for classes  7, 8 & 9. The program consists of 48 modules (16 modules per year) where each module is of minimum 45 minutes duration. The CBSE has reviewed the contents of the ACP and has welcomed its implementation in schools (refer CBSE Circular). RAM KRISHNA MISSION  has provided some YouTube videos based on qualities demonstrated by Swami Vivekananda Ji which is being shared to students, who in turn will revert back with their responses. A student needs to pause the video when the question come up on the screen and can answer back.
